Parking at St. John’s

Thank you for your interest in parking at St. John’s United Methodist Church. We offer parking permits to Texas Tech students, faculty, and staff. We are conveniently located across from Texas Tech next to 7Brew on the corner of University Ave and 15th.

Permits for the Fall semester are temporarily sold out until 9/14. Physical permits can be picked up starting Monday, August 24. Permits are not available any earlier.

Full Academic Year & Fall 2026 permits will be available to purchase on our website starting Wednesday, August 12. After purchasing a permit, physical permits can be picked up starting Monday, August 24. Permits are not available any earlier.

Fall 2026 & Full Academic Year permits can be picked up starting Monday, August 24, anytime during normal office hours Monday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – Noon & 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.

Replacement permits are $10 and can be picked up in the church office during normal business hours.

No. Parking permits during Texas Tech football games are $10 and are available to purchase in the parking lot on a first-come first-served basis the day of the game. The parking lot will open 4 hours before kickoff time.

We sell a Flex permit that is only available to TTU employees and contractors. This permit is $30 monthly and can be canceled at any time.

Flex permits are not available for purchase online. Please visit our office at 1501 University Ave. to purchase a Flex permit.
