All events require a $100 deposit which will be returned after the event, pending facilities are left in good condition.
For most events, the organizer must meet with our facilities manager when turning in their deposit in order to discuss room arrangements.
One question that we are often asked is “how many people can your sanctuary hold?”
Sanctuary: up to 500 people
Conference Room: up to 30 people
Garden Room: up to 200 people
The sanctuary is not available for events most Sunday afternoons, Holy Week, December, or mid-July.
Sudent Recital Discounted Price = $75
(This $75 includes a $50 custodial fee for recital dress rehearsals.)
For larger, non-student scheduled events, the price is $75 per day for the sanctuary then $50 for the garden room, if needed.
