Event Request Forms

Thank you for your interest in holding your event at St. John’s!

Please fill out the appropriate event request form above and a member of our office staff will contact you shortly.

Feel free to contact the church office at (806)762-0123 with any questions about events, including special requests and pricing.

All events require a $100 deposit which will be returned after the event, pending facilities are left in good condition.

For most events, the organizer must meet with our facilities manager when turning in their deposit in order to discuss room arrangements.

One question that we are often asked is “how many people can your sanctuary hold?”

Sanctuary: up to 500 people

Conference Room: up to 30 people

Garden Room: up to 200 people

The Sanctuary is not available for events on Sundays, Holy Week, or the month of December.
